The shape, colour and material properties of the coffee beans are checked and, in case of major deviations from the quality standard, the beans are rejected. The intelligent and adaptive software of the colour sorter continuously optimizes the sorting result.

The colour sorters are provided with up to 7 chutes and can process up to 14 t/h of green coffee.
