As early as 2011, Gianluca Venturelli was the first Italian roaster to recognise the great possibilities and advantages of this roasting technology and consistently decided in favour of the hot air roaster. And so, 10 years later, the decision was not difficult for him to continue on this successful path and invest again in the latest generation of the roaster family for capacities of up to 1,000 kg/h.
